Session:

45-60 minutes for youth athletes. (Length of session can be as short at 30 minutes for younger athletes).

90-120 minutes for Adults

Out-of-Pocket Cost:

$250.00 - Per Five-Day Intervention for Non-Established Clients

Sessions are either done in person or remotely via Zoom.

Payment is due at the beginning of each month.

Rates are valid as of January 2022 and are subject to change.

All appointments are nonrefundable if cancelled with less than 24 hr notice.
