One-on-one sessions designed to fit your individual needs.
Coaching sessions help you identify your personal goals, evaluate strengths and areas for improvement, and develop a plan of action to enhance your mental game. They are 60 minutes in length and can be done in office, on location or online.
Coaching starts with:
Initial intake session which includes an assessment of mental performance.
An individualized plan to address your specific goals.
Brainspotting for performance enhancement and “zone” spot.
Education on mental skills training and techniques.
Electronic copies of handouts and other resources related to the session.
Text and email support between sessions.
Sessions can be purchased individually or in discounted packages of 5,10 or 15 sessions.
It’s difficult to say how many sessions you will need as each person has different goals and responds differently to the techniques utilized. We are working on deconditioning maladaptive neural pathways and reconditioning them for optimal performance.
