ATHLETES

Lately you’ve noticed your confidence has dipped after a poor performance. You keep playing it over and over in your head. During practice, you have no issue. When you’re competing however, the pressure gets to you and the critical voice in your head starts going. You notice tension in your body and a heaviness in your chest. You’re having a hard time getting yourself motivated to practice, you just want to relax.

Or maybe you’ve been injured before and you definitely don’t want to go through that again. Just the thought of it makes you tense. You notice you are playing it safe even though you know your injury is healed and you’ve been cleared to return.

Let’s take a look at your goals and identify any areas where you may be struggling. By combining brainspotting and mental skills training, I will teach you the skills to break through your mental blocks, overcome your fear of injury/reinjury and build the habits to reach your goals so you can perform at your best.

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential.
Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.
